General Conditions of Contract

A Supplier shall be obliged to adhere to the General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services to the GMA as expressed in the attached document. Should the Bidder find any condition(s) unacceptable, it should indicate which condition(s) is/are unacceptable and offer an alternative(s). A Quotation submitted by a Bidder will be subjected to review for acceptance or rejection of its proposed contractual terms and conditions by the GMA, prior to consideration for an award of business.
