Concessionaire
The Bombela Concession Company holds a nineteen and a half year Concession to design, build and part-finance and operate the Gautrain Project.
Bombela manages the interfaces between all its contractors and provides an integrated solutions approach for this Public Private Partnership (PPP) project, promising passengers a state-of-the-art transport system. The Concessionaire also takes responsibility for management and maintenance of all the System assets. It does so in accordance with international good practice and its own corporate governance regime.
